Generar un nuevo respaldo en el equipo origen<br \/>\n2. Restaurar el respaldo en el equipo destino<br \/>\n3. Validar que no persista el problema<\/p>\n<p>Soluci\u00f3n 2:<br \/>\n1. Cerrar el sistema<br \/>\n2. Hacer clic derecho en el acceso directo del sistema.<br \/>\n3. Hacer clic en propiedades.<br \/>\n4. Ir a la pesta\u00f1a de compatibilidad y desmarcar la opci\u00f3n de ejecutar este programa en modo de compatibilidad para.<br \/>\n5. Aceptar los cambios.<br \/>\n6 validar que ya restaura el add<\/p>\n<p>Soluci\u00f3n 3:<br \/>\nGeneralmente cuando sucede esto es porque se tiene el GUID da\u00f1ado o bien no se tiene propietario en el GUID.<\/p>\n<p>Realiza lo siguiente:<br \/>\n1. Identificar la carpeta del guid de la empresa.<br \/>\n2. Respaldar la carpeta del paso 1.<br \/>\n3. Renombrar el archivo ism.bak.<br \/>\n4. De un respaldo anterior (cuando no se presentaba el error) copiar el archivo ISM.BAK en la carpeta del guid de la empresa con el problema<br \/>\n6. Reindexar el Add.<br \/>\n7.
